If your diet is high in salt and sugar and it is not receiving essential nutrients your risk of obesity and chronic (long term) disease may well increase.

Eating an excessive amount of junk food can have a negative effect on your general well being and can also reduce ability to be active.
What you eat and drink each fat affect your health and well being , both physically and mentally.
Good nutrition , along with regular exercise will help you maintain a healthy weight , while reducing the risk of chronic disease such as heart disease.
However, consuming regular amount of fast and junk food will have impact on your quality of health and have negative effect in you body.
